Return Policy
Eligibility Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested or received after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear, including:
- Deodorant marks, makeup, or other stains
- Body odors or perfume scents
- Damage or alterations of any kind
Return Method
We offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue cash refunds, credit card refunds, or exchanges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit to your account for the amount of the item(s) you returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal [insert link to your returns portal or contact form here]. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility. We will notify you via email once your store credit has been issued.
