Palo Santo: The Holy Wood. Unlike sage, which clears all energy, Palo Santo is used to cleanse negative energy while inviting positive energy back in, leaving your space feeling balanced and uplifted.

 How to Use Your Palo Santo (Holy Wood)

• Set Your Intention: Before lighting, focus on what you want to release (stress, negativity) and what you want to invite in (calm, clarity, creativity). This wood is a spiritual cleanser designed to balance your space, not just clear it.                                                                                                             
• Light the Stick: Hold one end of the Palo Santo over an open flame until it catches fire (about 30 secs to 1min).                                                               
• Extinguish & Cleanse: Blow out the flame and let the stick smolder. Walk through your space, gently fanning the fragrant smoke into the corners and areas where energy feels stagnant. The sweet, uplifting smoke will clear away the negative and draw in positive energy.                                     
• Enjoy the Balance: Place the stick in a fire-safe bowl. It will naturally extinguish itself after a minute or two, leaving behind a beautiful, lasting aroma that promotes peace and a feeling of centered calm.
